Acceptance
By using Toolbox you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Toolbox provides browser-based utilities and optional cloud-assisted features. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time. Some features require a paid Pro subscription.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Toolbox to process illegal content, infringe intellectual property, attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures, or abuse the service in a way that degrades it for other users.
Pro subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for unused subscriptions.
Intellectual property
The Toolbox name, interface, and original content are our property. The files and content you create with the tools remain yours — we claim no ownership over your work.
Third-party services
Some premium features rely on third-party providers (for example AI, OCR, or verification services). Their availability and results are not guaranteed, and your use of those features is also subject to the relevant provider's terms.
Termination
You may stop using Toolbox and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or to protect the service and its users.
No warranty
Toolbox is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be available at all times or free of errors. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway.
