SERVICE AGREEMENT TEMPLATE

This agreement is between Client Company (the Client) and Example Studio (the Provider).

1. Services
Example Studio will provide design and implementation support for the agreed project scope.

2. Timeline
Work starts after written approval and is expected to take 4 weeks.

3. Payment
USD 2,000, payable 50% upfront and 50% on delivery

4. Responsibilities
Both parties will provide necessary information, feedback and approvals in a timely manner.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public project information confidential.

6. Changes
Changes to scope, timeline or price should be confirmed in writing by both parties.

7. Governing terms
This draft should be reviewed under the agreed local jurisdiction.
